1. Network Issues

If you are experiencing a problem with your internet, follow these steps:

Open Search

Search for "Network Reset"

Click the option

Click reset now

WARNING: Please write down your internet password first as this will erase all current network connections.

2. Windows Troubleshooters

If you are experiencing a problem with your device in general, follow these steps:

Open Search

Search for "Troubleshoot"

Click the "Troubleshoot settings" option

Click the required troubleshooter

INFO: If your troubleshooter shows "More options", make sure to tick the "Run as administrator" option. This can help find the issue quicker and sometimes work when non-admin troubleshooting works.
